We plan specific terms and technical content of service inspections with each client who uses the lump sum program one year in advance. In case of unexpected accidents that have to be dealt with immediately, you can call our HOTLINE 24 hours a day. In case of the DO IT service program you can call us and arrange the suitable term for the action with our dispatcher. A service report is filled in after each visit of the service engineer; it includes a list of the works realized, of material delivered, of the engineer’s hours worked. Simultaneously, it includes the discovered and repaired defects and a list of equipment that will have to be repaired or replaced soon. This document is approved by the Client’s responsible employee and it serves as a basis for the consequent invoicing.
